01  ·  The Operator

Two companies. Sixteen years.

I'm Managing Partner at StyleLabs Inc., the agency I co-founded in 2010. My work sits at the intersection of three disciplines most people treat as separate: audience research, paid media, and creative direction.

Before StyleLabs — and through its early years — I co-founded eStyle Research, where I architected Canada Survey Technology and ran national research campaigns from 2009 to 2014, before facilitating a triple-play exit. Across both companies, audience communities of 100,000 plus respondents. When you've sat across that many people, you stop guessing what messages move them and start knowing.

I've been an operator before I was an executive. I co-designed the StyleLabs platform, built the research engine that fed it, and helped scale the agency from a Calgary startup into a multi-market practice serving 35 plus clients across Canada and the United States.
